45 South Grove is one of our Multi-Residential projects in East Orange, New Jersey, which we started in 2018. The 5 story building includes 119 units in total. We have been working hard with several associates to design this space and are proud to announce that we have been successfully approved by the Planning Board! You can see this beautiful building from Exit 145 on the Garden State Parkway.
