3464 JFK Blvd is a Multi-Residential project in Jersey City, New Jersey. This Studebaker building was an old car manufacturing establishment, originally redesigned by Joseph Spector of Dome Architecture. R&D Design was retained for construction administration on the project and helped make it into a 4 multi-residential story above 1 commercial floor building.
