18-00 Fair Lawn Ave is one of our Commercial projects in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, which was started in 2019. Our clients occupied the top floor and wished to expand to the partially exposed basement, opening windows to make usable area for their business. A window-well technique was used to create windows in the basement, which brought a lot of light into the building and gave our clients more office space, increasing the building's value incredibly!
