The River Lofts is a 3-story, multi-residential building located in Fair Lawn, New Jersey that has 31 units of modern, luxury apartments. Many of the apartments feature a home office.

R&D’s designers worked closely with the team at Legacy Developments to create a premium mixed-use building, with beautiful, modern and bright apartments that have spacious balconies.
