111 Prospect St
East Orange, New Jersey
111 Prospect is one of our multi-residential projects in New Jersey. The scopeof the project was revised multiple times to incorporate feedback received from meetings with the City Council when the redevelopment plan was being drafted.
The new buildings design was inspired by the traditional architecture of East Orange and incorporates “earth-tone” materials and styles reminiscent of East Orange’s Architecture dating back to late 1800’s. In our design we incorporated Renaissance, Victorian and French Eclectic styles combined with Modern elements.
Façade finishes include brick, metal and hardie-board paneling, stucco and large fenestration assemblies with architectural grills and balconies.
The Prospect and Washington Building Facades will have brick and limestone-like paneling resembling the town hall (Ambrose-Ward Mansion) and other buildings which incorporated limestone into their design. The Washington Building features columns and pilasters similar to the East Orange Post Office building. The Prospect Building will have modern columns.
