The proposed 2-story over basement Multi-Residential building is designed to accommodate a total of 26 dwelling units, outdoor roof recreation area and 46 parking spaces, in full compliance with 2018 NJ IBC code. The roof will be occupied by a recreation area accessible to all tenants. The proposed building is carefully located on the property so as to avoid construction on steep slopes and preserve the natural landscape. Retaining walls at the side and rear of the building define the area of construction.
